This simple recipe is perfect for someone who would much rather use an oven over a grill and still achieve delicious corn on the cob. It has such a juicy crunch and is topped with a creamy dill butter!

Step 4: Generously spread the butter mixture over each corn cob.( I spread about 1 Tbsp on each)
Step 5: Wrap each corn cob with heavy duty foil ,(Mine was 12in long) making sure all sides are covered up.
Step 6: Place cobs into oven and roast for 40 minutes, turning them after 20 minutes.
Step 7: Carefully remove the corn from the oven and unwrap from the foil allowing to cool.
