Pretzel Chicken Tenders



Ways to enjoy tenders:

  • french fries

  • potatoes

  • rice

  • noodles

  • your favorite dipping sauces (mines ranch!)



Ingredients for this recipe:

  • 2 lb Chicken Tenders

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash

  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika

  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

  • 1/3 cup Ranch (I used hidden valley ranch)

  • 2 cups Pretzel Crackers (Crumbled)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, drizzle with oil (about 1 tablespoon) then set aside.

  2. Season tenders with1teaspoon salt,1teaspoon Mrs. Dash,1Tablespoon paprika, and 1Tablespoon garlic powder. Mix in 1/3 cup ranch than set aside.

  3. Roll each piece of chicken in crumbs to coat evenly. Place on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until sides are dark golden brown.

  4. Remove from oven and enjoy!
