Ingredients:
3-4 lb chuck roast

3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Mrs. dash
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 to 3/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
Pat chuck roast dry and cut off any extra fat. Cover the meat with Mrs. Dash, Italian seasoning, thyme, and salt. Add oil to the pan and sear all sides of the meat.
Meanwhile, add water, vegeta seasoning, and minced garlic to the slow-cooker. Add in the seared meat.
Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or 4-6 hours on high until the meat easily falls apart with a fork.
Shred the beef when ready and keep it warm in the juices until ready to serve. Add more salt or pepper as desired.
For a delicious sour cream dressing, combine 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of juice from beef. Stir well until the mixture is smooth. The result is incredibly tasty.
