Spring Salad

This Spring salad is LOADED with crispy radishes, sweet corn, fresh green onions, and parsley. A bite of this salad will remind you of how refreshing spring is! It's a salad you can put together in less then 20 minutes! Welcome spring by serving this salad to your family.

Prep Time: 8 minutes


  • 1 can (15 oz) Sweet whole kernel corn

  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced

  • 3 stems of green onions, thinly sliced

  • 20 stems of fresh parsley, thinly sliced

  • Half a lemon

  • 2 Tbsp Mayo

  • 1 Tsp Mrs. Dash

  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. In a small bowl, combine 1 can (15 oz) Sweet whole kernel corn, 6 radishes, 3 stems of green onions, and 20 stems of fresh parsley.

  2. Add in 2 Tbsp of Mayo, 1 Tsp Mrs. Dash, and salt to taste. Mix for 5 seconds then lightly squeeze half of your lemon and mix for 5 more seconds. ( You don’t want to over mix the salad because it will became watery.)

  3. Sprinkle some more fresh cut parsley and serve!!!
