Different ways to enjoy teriyaki chicken:
served with rice
served with angle hair pasta
as a lettuce wrap
over some freshly chopped lettuce
Ingredients for this recipe:
1 lb Grounded Chicken
2 minced Garlic Cloves
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce (for my homemade Teriyaki Sauce)
1 tablespoon Vegetable or Olive Oil
1 1/2 cups finely Chopped Broccoli (equals to one large broccoli head)
2 thinly Sliced Carrots
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
chopped Green Onions, Sesame Seeds (I used “everything but the bagel seasoning” for garnish)
In a large over medium-high heat add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 lb grounded chicken, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cook and crumble until chicken is no longer pink.
2. Add in sliced carrots, chopped broccoli, chopped onion, and 1 cup teriyaki sauce. Stir well and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3. Serve over cooked rice then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
