I have tried so many different banana bread recipes and this Banana Bread Crumble Cake is hands-down one of my absolute favorites! It is the perfect way to use up those over-ripe bananas in your pantry. The crumble topping on this cake is just mouthwatering. I hope you love this delightful banana treat as much as I did.

Ingredients for this recipe:
For Cake:
1/2 cup melted Butter
4-5 ripe Bananas
2 Large Eggs
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 3/4 cups All-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
For Crumble:
1/2 cup softened Butter
1 cup All-purpose Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Line a 8 or 9- inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Beat together melted butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 large eggs, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract until well combined. Mix in ripe bananas.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir until well combined.

4. Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Set aside.

5. In a medium size bowl, combine 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 cup all-purpose flour, and 1 cup brown sugar. Lightly spread the crumble over the banana bread cake.

6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let bread slightly cool. Cut into squares and serve.
