Nutella Swirl Banana Muffins

These gooey melt in your mouth Nutella Swirl Banana Muffins are just pure perfection. This pregnancy I have been craving all things chocolate and these muffins hit the spot. It's the perfect blend of chocolate and banana.

  • coffee

  • glass of milk




Used in this recipe:





Ingredients for this recipe:

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)

  • 3/4 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup Nutella


Instructions:


1. Pre-heat oven to 350*F degrees. Line a baking sheet with 12 muffin tins then set aside.

2. In a large bowl combine ripe bananas, 1/3 cup melted butter, egg, and teaspoon of vanilla.

3. Add in 3/4 cups sugar, 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and a pinch of salt and fold until smooth.




4. Pour the bater evenly into muffins cups. Scoop 1/2 tablespoon of Nutella into center of each muffin. Using a butter knife gently swirl batter forming swirls of Nutella.




5. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
